About us
I began experimenting with brewing and fermentation when Covid struck in 2020. As my obsession grew, I set out to create a beer that everyone, including non-beer drinkers, could enjoy. I started developing recipes that don't use any bittering hops, but instead create balance through a subtle sourness.
Tart was born!
